This menu serves as a heartfelt tribute to Ciarán’s grandfather Tony, who passed away unexpectedly in February. Tony, very proudly, was a Chef in Ireland for nearly 50 years—his legacy is one that Ciarán continues to honor and will do so with every dish he serves throughout his career.
We’re so excited to showcase that there’s much more to Irish Cuisine than corned beef & cabbage. As always, the meal will be paired perfectly with the artful craft cocktails of Jayne Street Distilling Co.’s Nick Spiegel.
