We are extremely excited to offer seating for our very first Annual Fall Farm Dinner! This Autumn we will be offering a 6 course, tasting-menu format meal developed by our very own Chef Ciarán.
As our farm grows, we will be looking to embark on a series of on-premises dinners in The Lawn at Glenmere Farm.
Our vision is to keep the meal as local as possible by highlighting our very own meats and produce from our neighbors in the Hudson Valley.
The focus of this year’s menu is one of the most ancient and revolutionary of all food processes: FERMENTATION. We’ll also discuss the importance and ethics of small-scale agriculture and highlight those sentiments through something unrivaled, FLAVOR.
We encourage all of our guests to ask as many questions as possible and hope that our meal will be as educational as it is delicious.
